A-niang and Shanshan return from overseas and find the house empty. Too tired to realise they have entered Shunfeng and Meizhen’s room, they flop onto the bed and fall asleep. Shunfeng finds A-niang and Shanshan sleeping on his bed and is annoyed. They apologise. Manman watches as Jizhou behaves strangely and concludes he is plotting something sinister. Without telling Manman, Jinlong asks Jizhou to help find his missing wife, Shangguan Yan.
