The auspicious time is closing in but Shun Feng has yet to arrive home with his bride. As such, Mei Mei is offended as she feels that her request for the newly-weds to arrive on time was not taken seriously. In the meantime, Mei Zhen was ambushed by an attacker who threw an egg at her but thankfully, the egg was blocked by Deng Bo. Everyone at the scene assumes it was Mei Zhen’s uncle who was responsible but she has her own suspicions.
