Da Ming is upset that Shun Shui failed to inform customers of the coffee-shop that the dumplings sold are not from Ah Niang, and cannot understand why the latter will not allow Ah Niang to return. Shun Shui explains that he has a contract with the dumplings supplier and is unable to cancel it.
