Yi Jie expresses his feelings for Bai Yun but Bai Yun rejects him stating that she regards him only as a friend. Yi Jie is disappointed. Later on, he secretly follows Bai Yun and discovers that she is visiting Xiao Shuai. He jumps to the conclusion that she likes Xiao Shuai and leaves in a huff. Actually Bai Yun was just there to ask for some help with her work.
