Xiao Qiao questions Da Zhi after hearing that he had falsified accounting documents. Da Zhi requests for Xiao Qiao to keep it a secret. She reprimands him harshly. Xiao Qiao becomes even more conflicted when Lian Hua, Xue Ling and Yu Xin also request for her to save Da Zhi. Zheng Ye exposes Da Zhi for falsifying accounts. Da Zhi assumes that Xiao Qiao is the one who exposed his secret and resents her.
