Lian Hua returns from grocery shopping and drops some fruits at her doorstep. Jue Ming helps her to pick them up. The two hit it off and Jue Ming even helps Lian Hua to pack the items. Xiao Qiao returns just as Jue Ming leaves and the two fail to meet. Chen Feng learns that Jue Ming dropped by Xiao Qiao's house and probes anxiously. She is relieved when she finds out that Jue Ming and Xiao Qiao did not encounter each other at all.
