Qi Yuan receives Adam's thank you card and realises that Adam is the beneficiary of the bone marrow she donated. Upon finding out, Wen Jie is grateful to Qi Yuan for saving Adam. The two finally resolve their misunderstandings and Wen Jie even gives her blessings to Qi Yuan and Zi Yang. On the other hand, while taking care of Adam, Wen Jie meets the social worker, Situ Wen Jie, often. The latter starts to develop feelings for Wen Jie.
