Xinni is thrilled when the hospital finally agrees to set up an elder-care centre. Sharing the cakes he made with Ruojun and Xinni, Yaozong becomes annoyed when Xinni warns Ruojun to be careful of men who go to red-light districts. He tells Ruojun he was there to tend to a prostitute’s sick child. Youle’s neighbour pities Youle for having to work so hard and offers her some chee cheong fun. While driving Jiazi to work, Xiwen almost knocks Youle down. Jiazi feels bad that Youle falls and her food is ruined. Ruojun is pleased to be reunited with Youle. Jiazi buys a packet of chee cheong fun for Youle as compensation. Youle gives it to a patient, Tianhao, who develops an allergic reaction to it.
